Does exactly what its supposed to do.It firm, its Foam and it rolls.Also works great to roll out your back muscles as wellto give yourself your own back massage in hard to reach places.Im a big dude and it held up to my abuse. Easily worth the money. Buy one and you'll likely never need another.

Nothing much to say here. It’s a standard foam roller! But it’s cheap and durable so I love it! Great for rolling both quads at the same time. I also lay it vertical and give my shoulder blades a good stretch

This is a great roller. It was recommended by a physical therapist and I have have very good results. For the cost you sure can't beat it. I will buy another to keep at the office. I would recommend it to anyone.
