With a busy household and limited space, fitting in home workouts can be challenging. These CAP Barbell weight plates have been a game-changer. The 2-inch Olympic size fits perfectly on my existing barbell, which was a relief as I'd hate to have to buy a new one. They're also a solid, heavy-duty cast iron, giving me confidence in their durability, even with my teenager now joining in occasionally.

The only minor critique is the lack of protective coating. After a few weeks, they've started to rust slightly where they touch each other, but it's not enough to stop me from using them daily. All in all, for the price and quality, these plates are a practical addition to our home gym setup.
