My friend who's into cycling swore by these Castelli Endurance 3 Bibshorts, so when I decided to give gravel biking a shot, I figured why not splurge on something that might just make my rides more comfortable? Well, let me tell you, those extra bucks were worth it! The chamois padding was like sitting on a cloud - after a week of riding, I didn't feel any numbness or discomfort. But here's the thing, the bib straps are quite elastic and took some getting used to. They're not uncomfortable per se, just different from what I'm accustomed to with my regular workout shorts. All in all though, these bibs have been a game-changer for me on those long rides.
