I absolutely love this Genesis stove set from Jetboil. Added a Luna Satellite so that I could also hook up my Jetboil Flash that I have had for 15+ years to the Genesis and use propane. Works great, with flame control and excellent heat output for cooking and/or re-heating. The weight is for car camping (not backpacking). The stove and pans are compact and so easy to use!
The genesis stove system is great! Love how it simmers and brought a full pot of water to boil in 7mins.And the vendor support was wonderful, we received our order and there was slight damage to the pot and stove lip.I sent a message through Amazon to the vendor to request a replacement, and they responded immediately. If you are considering this stove GET IT. I have older white fuel stoves and while they are perfectly fine this thing is amazing. Super easy no filling and primming waiting for the pipe to heat up before fun use. The flame control is the real winner. You can go from blow torch high to gently simmer. it's small and round in its bag. The included pot and pan are fantastic. They react very quickly to flame control as well.
