I was skeptical at first about this Kradl bike lift; it seemed too good to be true - a manual, electricity-free system to hoist my heavy mountain bike up to the ceiling? But after using it for nearly a month now, I'm pleasantly surprised. The pulley system works like a charm, making it surprisingly easy to lift and lower my bike with just some good old-fashioned elbow grease.

I appreciate how sturdy this thing is; it feels secure even when fully extended, and the bike hangs nice and level. My one gripe though? It's a tad noisy when lowering the bike down - not a deal-breaker by any means, but it might wake your partner up if they're light sleepers like mine.
