The Lifepro Waver seemed like a good compromise - it's compact, and you can do a full-body workout in just 10-15 minutes.

I absolutely love how it activates your muscles without feeling too intense. Even as a beginner, I could feel the vibrations doing their job, engaging my core and legs while I stood on it. It's been great for quick morning sessions before work.
