Our Experience
I needed something to sneak in quick workouts between my busy days of running errands and managing the kids. The house isn't exactly a gym, so I was looking for something compact yet effective. That's when I came across the Power Plate. After a week with it, I'm sold on this little gadget. It's small enough to stash in our coat closet, no bother at all. The Power Plate arrived on time and worked perfectly.
Great quality and the same as my PT office uses. The price is a bit daunting, but I think of it as medical care, not just a fun exercise. What I loved most is that it gets me started in doing all my exercises. Thing with PT is that it only helps if I keep up with all the exercises at home. This vibration plate relaxes all my muscles at the same time that I am building muscles.
What a GREAT product! Been using mine for about 3 months and I am amazed at the myriad benefits I'm seeing. Reduced pain, decreased soreness with weight training. When I purchased this, I did not know that the machine will only run for 30-60 seconds at a time. This is maddeningly frustrating. Was going to exchange for next model up but return window has closed, and "replace" option only replaces with same item.
You can only run the plate for 30 or 60 seconds at a time, whereas everything I’ve read suggests running it for multiple minutes for best results ( or any results). This means if you want to run it for 15 minutes, you have to restart it 15 times while keeping track.This is unacceptable!
