I finally decided to try this REDTIGER rangefinder after a few rounds of my friends out-driving me with their own gadgets. I was skeptical about spending over $100 on something I wasn't sure would make that big a difference. But boy, am I glad I took the plunge! The 7x magnification makes it so much easier to zero in on those distant flags, even with my less-than-perfect eyesight. No more second-guessing my distances. However, the slope switch took me a few rounds to get used to - I kept accidentally engaging it while putting my club away, which threw off my readings. But once I got the hang of it, it was brilliant for adjusting my shots according to the incline or decline.
