So I love this Elliptical for the quietness, and space saver it is, but perhaps this is just my unit but there is an exceeding amount of grease/oil at the joint where the left pedal meets the actual body of the elliptical. It's not a BIG deal but it gets everywhere for some reason after an intense workout, and it doesn't clean up easily. I assume over time this will lessen. 値段の割には良い商品です。音も静かで時間を気にせず使用できます。ただ、組立には1時間程かかりました。説明書には日本語ありません。他の方のレビューを参考に正面にあるダイアルを0or1にして中にある金具を繋ぐ事ができました。ここが1番時間かかりました。ここさえクリア出来たら、後は簡単だと思います。少しの時間でも足や腕がダルくなるので、毎日少しずつでも時間を延ばしたいと思います。
