This is exactly what I needed to kick my workouts up a notch! I've been eyeing weighted vests for ages but wasn't ready to splurge on an expensive one. These plates are fantastic - they fit perfectly onto my vest and added just the right amount of weight for my heavy duty exercises. The variety of sizes is brilliant too, allowing me to gradually increase as I get stronger.

One minor critique though, the packaging could've been a bit more secure because one set arrived slightly bent, but it didn't affect its functionality at all and customer service was quick to offer replacements. Overall, these plates are an absolute steal for the price!
