Upgraded from my old stainless steel French press, I was curious to see if this classic percolator could keep up in our modern camping trips. The Coletti Classic didn't disappoint – it's surprisingly lightweight and durable, making setup a breeze around the fire pit.

I loved how it made coffee strong and flavorful just like the old days. One morning, I even caught my tech-averse dad reminiscing about his old percolator while watching the grounds bubble up. But, unlike my grandpa's old percolator, this one has a removable basket for easy cleanup.

My only minor gripe is that it can get quite hot on the sides during use, so I had to be careful not to burn my fingers when pouring. Overall though, it's been a fun blast from the past that still holds its own against my usual coffee maker at home.
