This bottle is fantastic. It is 32oz, which is not common for sports water bottles, and it looks aesthetically pleasing. But the true selling point is the mechanism in the cap. You don't have to open the bottle but it doesn't spill if you hold it upside down. It only releases water with pressure. This makes it the easiest (and therefore best) water bottle I have used. I used a lulu lemon 32oz bottle for a few years, but this easily replaces it. It also came clean and doesn't leave a strong taste

Overall great cup that's held up well through the first sports season. I got 1 for each of my daughters (age 3 and 5) and it took them both a little bit to figure out how to drink it-- you have to squeeze the sides and drink the top at the same time to get it to work. My go to water bottle. The ease of drinking makes it ideal for biking; just squeeze and drink. Also, no leakage. And it holds plenty of water for those long rides.
