I've tried a few weight plates for my backpack workouts, but this Yes4All Cast Iron Rucking Weight has been my favorite so far. I love how the ergonomic handle fits comfortably in my grip, making it easy to switch hands mid-hike. The cast iron construction feels solid and robust - no cheap plastic here!

One minor critique would be that after a month of use, I've noticed some slight rust on the outer edge where my hands don't touch. It's not a big deal since it hasn't affected performance or safety, but maybe they could treat those areas to prevent corrosion. Overall though, this weight plate is sturdy and well-designed for rucking enthusiasts like me.
