I was skeptical at first about this Niceday elliptical machine - could it really offer a decent workout at home without the hefty price tag of gym-quality equipment? Well, after a week of use, I'm impressed. The stride length is surprisingly comfortable for my long legs, and the smooth magnetic resistance has been great for both cardio and strength training.

My only minor critique is that assembly took longer than expected due to the somewhat confusing instructions. But once it was up, this elliptical has been a solid addition to my home gym routine. It's quiet, sturdy, and has made those early morning workouts more enjoyable than I thought possible with an affordable machine like this one.
