Our Experience

After using this SoftGym vibration plate for a few weeks, I found it surprisingly efficient in integrating workouts into my busy schedule. The power it packs is impressive – just 10 minutes on it felt like a solid full-body workout.

I particularly appreciated the compact size; it fits perfectly in my small apartment's spare corner, making it easy to use anytime.

The only minor critique would be the noise level when used at higher intensities. It's not loud enough to disturb neighbors, but it might be too noisy for quiet early morning workouts at home. Otherwise, it's been a practical addition to my fitness routine.
