Okay so I really like this product! After three weeks of using it under my desk at work, I'm feeling a noticeable difference in my leg muscles - they're more toned and I've got way more energy throughout the day. The remote control was a game-changer; I could adjust the resistance while watching TV last night without even breaking a sweat (pun intended!). The only minor critique is that it's a bit noisy, but hey, you can't have everything! It's become my new favorite desk accessory.
